He is very knowledgeable of the Honda product line and has a great professional demeanor and a no-pressure attitude towards car buying. He is definitely dedicated to the customer. He drove me in to Waikiki to drop off my rental car and run some errands before spending over an hour with me on my new car late in the day on Christmas eve when very few people were working.
