Although we like our cars, our satisfaction with the service we are provided at Tony Honda keeps us coming back to buy more Hondas. I'm not sure how Sean maintains such a positive and "can do" attitude, but I have no doubt that he contributes significantly to the success of the Tony Honda organization. He assists us with our choices in maintenance, as well as scheduling periodic maintenance for our vehicles. He has always been ready for us when we show up to our appointments, and he proactively checks to ensure we are getting all of the maintenance required for our cars so that we can be confident that our cars will operate effectively and safely. Thanks Sean for making our appointments at Tony Honda a pleasure. More

Excellent Service from Wade Our Service Advisor is Wade Szameitat and he never fails to provide great customer service. This last visit was due to the air bag recall and Wade kn Our Service Advisor is Wade Szameitat and he never fails to provide great customer service. This last visit was due to the air bag recall and Wade knew it was inconvenient for me to bring my Pilot back in but he made sure that I was taken cared of. Wade confirmed that the appropriate parts were in beforehand and being it was Halloween, he assured me that the service would be completed by 12pm (I checked-in at 7am). When I called for status at 12pm, he informed me that the service was not completed yet as they couldn't locate one of the ordered parts. Because we had plans for the early evening and I needed my Pilot no later than 3pm because we had a lot of stuff/things to bring with us, he promised that the service would be completed by 2pm. At 1:45pm, Wade called me and said that everything was done. Whew! The 'good' rating I gave was because of the delay, but for Wade's service ability, it was 'Excellent' as always. More

NO meaning of the word HONESTY When it comes to the word HONESTY, Tony Honda managers have no meaning of the word when they took full advantage of my disabilities and sold me an ove When it comes to the word HONESTY, Tony Honda managers have no meaning of the word when they took full advantage of my disabilities and sold me an overpriced CRV I can't afford. Not one discount or even the $500.00 military discount when I showed them my military retired Reserve card. Curtis Matsumoto wouldn't even let me return the CRV the next morning after I purchased it because the return in 3 days policy box wasn't checked. I was never approved for a loan, no job, on full disability from being electrocuted after working 26 faithful years for the Federal Government and never calling in sick. I stop by to pick up a brochure for a Fit and they try to sell me a van. They under valued my 2010 Toyota Yaris when I said I wanted to sell it then come back another time. Mr. Matsumoto even tried to stick me with a 15% interest rate then changed it to 10%. I have purchased 10 new vehicles in Hawaii over the years and this purchase of the 2014 CRV EX never would of happened if I weren't on medication. I would be surprised if they even post this review. Always posting the good ones. More
