I always went to car meets, HIN, other events with my car, showing off my love for HONDA. Recently in the past two years, my paint started to fade and clear coat failure on the roof and all over the car. I couldn't get very far calling Honda HQ on mainland, about getting the paint fixed as I saw it as a HONDA issue. I knew of a paint warranty extension for other colors and newer models of the Civic Si. Sadly, my car's year and color were not under the warranty, my car was to old to be covered by any warranty, it had long run out. I almost gave up hope of my car ever looking good again. My friend told me to go to Tony Honda and give them a try, and see what they can do. I walked in, asked to see the service manager, and met Kurtis Tsuha. I explained the condition of my car, and he looked into the VIN. Sure enough, he came back saying that my car isn't covered by the warranty. I wasn't happy, but the story doesn't end there. He said lets go take a look at the car, maybe I can do something. We went out to the car, he looked at all the problem areas on the paint. We talked about the car and what I have done to it, he seemed to care. He said that he can take it up with HONDA, and see if they can do a goodwill claim, which might involve some participation on my end with the expenses. He took pictures, and then said he would get back to me on what they can do, if anything, but he would at least try. I didn't have high expectations, since I have tried and failed with HQ. He calls me back a day later, with some news. HONDA has agreed to a goodwill claim, with a 50/50 participation, to cover all the metal on my car. I immediately jumped on this goodwill offer, it's better than anything I was told before. I setup the appointment with the body shop, and 7 days later I picked up my car. I am extremely happy with how my car turned out, fell back in love with it again. I couldn't be more grateful to Kurtis Tsuha for helping me out and really having my back. I also want to thank HONDA for being an awesome company again when I lost hope, sometimes things slip through the cracks with a big corporation, and you just need to get in contact with a dedicated employee that stands by HONDA's values. Thanks again Tony Honda and Kurtis for the awesome customer service! Sorry for the very long review. I wish I could attach a picture of the car now. More

Service with a SMILE Upon entering Tony Honda.. My husband and I walked right up to the pilot, no one approached us. We walked around some more & looked at the brochures - Upon entering Tony Honda.. We decided to go outside to look for more Pilot models since the one in the showroom was way out of our budget. We didn't find much on the lot and decided to go back inside - still no one approached us. We almost walked out of the place but then we heard a voice - Hi, Have you been helped? And we we're elated for someone to finally recognize us - I guess I can't blame them, I still look as if I'm in high school (not bad for a 30 year old right? hehe). From start to finish, Elmo made us feel comfortable. Of course that came easy because of his friendly smile. He was respectful - leaving us to discuss our terms amongst ourselves. And just to make our day a little bit more sweet - that vanilla coffee he served totally hit the spot! Thank you Elmo for making this experience smoother than we expected. We went to a Toyota dealership first because we had narrowed our selection down to either the Siena or the Odyssey, with the Odyssey being our number one choice if the price was right. The other dealership was a bust. The salesman refused to negotiate and in fact didn't even get our phone number before we left. When we arrived at Tony Honda Matt immediately began to work with us. He found out what we wanted in a mini-van and really worked hard to make sure we got it at a price that we were comfortable with. I never felt like I was being hassled or rushed. I will recommend Tony Honda and Matt to anyone I know who is in the market for a new Honda! Thanks! More

Instead of forcing me into a car he thought would best fit me, he had excellent patience towards me and family over our indecisiveness in selecting a car. He recommended a few cars, made sure the price was comfortable and even made sure our final price was at a comfortable rate. In the end, we ended up getting a 2014 Honda Accord Sport. After the whole process at the dealership, the great customer service did not just end after I drove off the lot, he made sure the car was thoroughly detailed and delivered it to me later that night. Overall, great first time experience and I would recommend anybody to see Michael Javines when getting a car at Tony Honda. More
By far the most AMAZING customer experience EVER! Accolades! I have been a Honda fanatic since the ripe old age of 17, when I first laid eyes on my 1987 Honda Prelude (given it was 2001, but it was the most beau I have been a Honda fanatic since the ripe old age of 17, when I first laid eyes on my 1987 Honda Prelude (given it was 2001, but it was the most beautiful thing I had ever owned). The quality, aesthetics, & sheer power had me hooked on Honda from that time on! Fast-forward 14 years later to today, I have only owned Honda vehicles & have been praising them all along (1 Prelude, 3 Accords, & a 2012 Honda Pilot)! Yesterday I went to visit the team at Tony Honda to express a concern of mine, & not only did they remedy my concerns, they blessed my daughters and I beyond measure! As a single-parent of a 2-year-old and 7-year-old identical twins, I have a lot on my plate and they saw that. Their only concern: To make sure that my daughters and I were taken care of. I felt like I was in a dream the entire time..... Their team was remarkable from the beginning (which is nothing new..... Honda has always employed exceptional individuals)! The energy in the showroom was so amazing, I actually didn't want to leave :) For all that Honda has done for me, my family, & millions of others, I want to extend a THANK YOU and ALOHA. A special THANK YOU to all of you at Tony Honda who went the extra mile (make that 1,000), I will never forget my experience with you all yesterday. You have shown me the true VALUE of kindness.
