We can always count on Wade Szameitat and Sean Kikuchi in providing us with the best services for our cars. My wife and daughter will always ask for them by name because they feel very comfortable with them servicing our Hondas. In fact we ask Wade, we were looking for a new car for my wife because we were going to give our youngest daughter the Element, since her 2004 Civic had a lot of mileage and was not in the best shape. Wade said that all our dealers are great, and we said okay just pick one for us and will negotiate with him/her on a new Honda that meets our needs. Wade brought Iven Cunanan to meet with us and talk with us about the new Honda's we're interested in looking at. We talked with Iven about the Honda Fit, the Honda Crosstour and the Honda CR-V. Since this was going to be my wife's car, I told her to pick what ever she wanted. Iven talked with her on all three of the Hondas, and told her about the pros and cons of each Honda so she could weigh it out for herself. My wife did not care for the Honda Fit, because it was too low to the ground, and she wanted something higher. Iven let us test drive both the Crosstour and the CR-V EX-L. Needless to say my wife chose the CR-V EX-L because it met her needs. She's not too high tech when it comes to computerize features but Iven showed her how user friendly it was for her and demonstrated each of the features for her and let her try it, which she was very happy to know that she could operate it that she chose the CR-V EX-L all by her self and was really appreciative of Iven for his outstanding service and patience. Everyone in that we made contact that day was very outstanding! We have already FB our family and friends about our new CR-V EX-L and the excellent service that Tony Honda's Team provided. Service department I've only owned my certified used tony honda 2012 crosstour for a little over a month now, so when I had to take it in for service (engine oil light a I've only owned my certified used tony honda 2012 crosstour for a little over a month now, so when I had to take it in for service (engine oil light and tire pressure sensor-which had gone off the day I drove it home) I was a little bit miffed. However, the guy who helped me-Sean Kikuchi was friendly, helpful and made my whole experience and day a positive one. Although they assured me that they change the oil for every used car they sell, and had just forgotten to reset the sensor, he changed the oil just to put my mind at ease, and patched a hole in my tire all in inder 30 minutes-after bumping me to the front of the line so I could get to work on time! I've owned five Hondas/Acuras in my life and have bought and serviced them at either Windward H This was my first experience with Tony Honda service. I've owned five Hondas/Acuras in my life and have bought and serviced them at either Windward Honda or Pflueger Honda/Acura. I usually service at Windward, but they have a very rude customer service representative that I can no longer take. However, Windward was very quick and efficient on the service end. Tony was just the opposite. Andrew Jameson, the customer service representative that helped me, was extremely polite, efficient and helpful. However, a simple oil change took 1.5 hours and a woman that came in after me had her car completed way before mine was completed. Also, I spent about a half hour in the car wash lane. All-in-all I had a good experience, but just wish that the wait time could be shorter. You have an excellent employee in Andrew Jameson. More
