She addressed the concern I had about the look of the interior by showing me the sample material and again after the vehicle arrived. She never was aggressive with the sale and only wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Every time I contacted Tracie via email or text she quickly responded. The entire process of buying my new car went so smoothly and effortlessly and I felt so comfortable with her the entire time. She never hesitated in her answers, and if there was a question that she did not have an answer to that was outside her job description, such as financing, she made sure to go to the appropriate source for an answer and reported back to me. Even after the sale and pick-up of vehicle Tracie followed up with me to see if I was satisfied and if there were any questions or concerns.
