Hands down to Sean Kikuchi.....he is usually the one we go through for service. He always keeps me updated on the status on both of our vehicles when it comes in for service. Not once have I ever had to call him to follow up on status on either vehicles. Recently I came in for a battery concern. Thinking I had to pay full price, which would have been fine, but of course Sean checked and found out my battery was covered 50% under warranty. Thanks Sean for always being helpful!!! More
