A very memorable and pleasant experience. This is our third Honda Accord. At first we looked at a competitor vehicle but upon comparison it just didn't appeal to us. When we arrived at the dealership, they were busy with many customers since it was a holiday sale event. We were greeted by the staff and while checking on a floor model a salesman approaches us to answer some of our questions. When our specific questions were handled and answered we knew we have gone to the right place. Our salesman made our experience stress free with his no pressure attitude along with the other team members we encountered. We honestly didn't think we were going to drive a brand new car home that evening. Thank your again Tony Honda! I met Kerry on June 21, 2014 when I accompanied my friend & her daughter to look at a Civic. My friend's daughter wanted to lease a car. Still a student in college, my friend's daughter (my "niece") wanted to lease a car on her on. Kerry worked very hard making it possible for her to drive out of the parking lot with a new 2014 Honda Civic. So when I decided I needed to get a new car for myself, of course I remembered Kerry. He made the experience of getting a car so easy, without any sales pressure, and he listened to my thoughts & feelings about the exact kind of car that I wanted. However, my dad had purchased a CRV from this dealership a few years ago, and he said that he really thought the service was excellent. I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a car from here. Tracie Komori was the sales rep that I worked with during my time at Tony Honda. She made things really easy to understand and explained things clearly. After dealing with multiple break downs due to age and several instances of being stranded on the side of the road, I finally decided it was time to treat myself and purchase a new car. As a graduate student cost was definitely an important factor. I did weeks of research on which car I wanted to get, prioritizing practicality and fuel economy. After starting with a vast range of possibilities I quickly narrowed my choices down to the 2014 Mazda 3 and the 2015 Honda Fit. I set up three appointments at three different dealerships (two Mazda, one Honda) arranged back to back to back on the same day. Being a first time car buyer, I was very anxious about what to expect. I was afraid that I would be taken advantage of and that I would be left with a car payment I wouldn't be able to manage. I mentally prepared for what I thought would be a long, stressful day by hitting the North Shore beaches with my girlfriend. On our way home we saw Tony Honda. It wasn't on our list of dealerships and we did not schedule an appointment, but we decided to try and walk in and see what as available. We were greeted outside by Tracie Komori, who would become our eventual dealer. I had intentions of leasing a Honda Fit, but did not know how to make it happen. Somehow, though the Honda Fit was extremely in demand, there was one that had just become available in a color I was okay with. This was a big surprise to me as I was prepared to wait a couple months. Tracie went through the steps and the options with me. As a first time car buyer my credit was not established enough to lease the Honda Fit, but Tracie tried to make it work anyway. She also mentioned the option of financing the vehicle. Initially, this was something that I was not entirely comfortable with. I asked for some time to think about it and she kindly gave me the time. After several back-and-fourth phone calls throughout the day I asked Tracie to come back in and discuss financing. I returned and was offered an extremely reasonable price and rate for the Fit. To my surprised the vehicle was still available to me even though there were customers in the dealership looking to buy. I realized that I was in the right place and immediately cancelled all my other appointments with the other dealerships. After filling out some initial paperwork with Tracie I was introduced to Cesar (?) to discuss accessories and additions. Cesar was extremely friendly and did not try to push anything on me at all. He gave me time to ask questions and discuss options openly. Finally, to seal the deal, I was introduced to Marco. Marco helped get all the financing paperwork in order. He sweetened the deal by offering some incentives at extremely reasonable prices. Overal, the entire team that I interacted with (Tracie, Cesar, and Marco) were wonderful. Throughout our interaction were small conversations that made my first car purchasing experience anything from what I had expected. Tracie even offered me personal advice and guidance on buying a car. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. I ended up leaving with the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. Thank you Tony Honda for everything! More

I do not like dealing with car sales people because I've had experiences where they pushed me in the direction I did not want to go but Kerry was open and honest with us. We had to wait for the 2015 FIT but it was worth the wait. We've always heard about Honda's quality but this is the first Honda we've bought. Hope to continue our relationship for years to come. More
