Used car sales with integrity While there were closer dealerships to our home, we came to Tony Honda because of the selection online. Unfortunately, we didn't find many of the veh While there were closer dealerships to our home, we came to Tony Honda because of the selection online. Unfortunately, we didn't find many of the vehicles we had looked at online once we arrived. Another salesman tried to pitch us on a car that met none of our requirements. As we wondered away from the first salesman and through the lot, we were approached by Woody. Turns out that we wandered into the area of recently received trade ins and away from vehicles for sale. Woody let us know in such a friendly manner that we instantly wanted to work with him. We told him what we were looking for and he led us back to the used area, taking the time to walk us through all of the questions we had. We zeroed in on a used Jeep and Woody started out by giving it a once over himself, making sure that everything was in working order before we even went for a test drive. As we discussed the vehicle, he offered helpful input and zero pressure. Even when it came to talking about the price, he was gracious and understanding. We walked away feeling like we good a fair deal on a good vehicle. Unfortunately, we had an issue just a few days after driving the vehicle off the lot. I was expecting the dealership to have already washed their hands of us, but when I contacted Woody (he returned my call on his day off even), he took my issue seriously and made it right. Honestly, this blew me away as other dealerships and other sales folks wouldn't waste their time once the sale was made. Woody went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and were treated fairly. While we may have gotten a cheaper vehicle elsewhere, I'm confident that we wouldn't have received better service. Having a dealer stand behind a used vehicle is well worth the small difference in price. Next time we are in the market for a car, we will definitely be back to see Woody. More

Comparing the last purchase of Honda Civic in 2007, this transaction was very smooth. Dustin satisfied all the questions we had in our mind including Trade-in. Although he is at Tony Honda just about one year, he did an excellent job. We drove back with new Honda CRV LX with very satisfaction. The Accessory department misleads us about installing the items we purchased. And Dustin found what happened and explained (we were mislead by agent).
