I was torn between the new 2014 civic and accord, Tracie was very knowledgeable with both vehicles and after describing to her what my needs were she figured the best option for me was the civic. She didn't want to sell me something that would give her a higher commission, she sold me something based off of what I needed. We looked at all the civic models and she even went out of her way to get me a good deal on the only EX on the lot. I had a great customer experience and I would refer everyone to her. More

It makes the experience and stress of buying a new car so much more comfortable and pleasant. No pressure was put on us and he made sure we got we exactly what we wanted for a price within our budget. When we picked up our car, he went over all the manuals then sat in the car with me and explained all it's functions. He took his time to make sure we understood what everything was for and answered any questions we had. We never felt rushed at all. Prior to purchasing a Honda, I owned a Mercedes, BMW and Audi. Never have the salesmen at any of these other places took as much time as Kerry to go over the car and it's features.
