He was really helpful and knowledgeable in determining what services my vehicle required and clearly explained my options and the expected costs. He was not pushy on trying to sell me on other more expensive services and instead tried to find service specials that would lower my cost. My experience with Tony Honda Service Center has been very positive. Over the past four years since I have purchased our vehicle and serviced it at Tony Honda, I am very satisfied with the quality of service we have received at the Service Center. More

Great first car buying experience! This was my husband and mines first time buying a car. My husband and I were very nervous because this was our first time but Andre, our salesman was This was my husband and mines first time buying a car. My husband and I were very nervous because this was our first time but Andre, our salesman was very nice and made us feel really comfortable. I had a price that I wanted and we got it without even really having to go back and forth with Andre. It was honestly a no hassle buying experience. Our finance manager was also great. My husband has a good credit score but theres also not enough history and not enough loans that were taken from before to make us have a good interest rate. The first number that we got was going to be about 21% which is way too high. Andre was honest with us and told us that he understood if we couldnt buy the car at the percentage. A few minutes after we left, Andre called us back and told us that Marco, the finance guy, was able to get us a 7% interest rate which was great so we came back. We didnt ask for a lower interest rate because we knew that we were lucky to be even getting this rate but Marco just went ahead and told us that he made some calls and were able to get a 5.4% interest rate! Marco even dropped the base price of our car for us! We were thrilled! THANK YOU TONY HONDA! More

My First Tony Honda Service Experience On June 14, 2014/ Saturday, I had my first service appointment at Tony Honda for a basic oil and filter change and multi-point inspection at 8:15 am. On June 14, 2014/ Saturday, I had my first service appointment at Tony Honda for a basic oil and filter change and multi-point inspection at 8:15 am. When I got there I did not know where to go or what to do, so I walked into the service department and waited my turn to be helped. Andrew Jameson was my service consultant who helped me get service for my 2013 Honda Accord EX coupe. He explained what type of service will be done, estimated how long it will take and showed me where the waiting room was located and that refreshments will be provided. Andrew also said that there was an express service special that I should take advantage of. As this is "my first experience" at Tony Honda, I felt assured and happy to know that my car is being given the best service and care by my service consultant Andrew Jameson and the team at Tony Honda. Before you know it, my car came back in less time than anticipated. Andrew reviewed the results of service done on my car with me and brought up any concerns that I should know about in the future. This eased my mind to know that he is knowledgeable and thorough in the service of my car and made me consider about the importance of investing in after-service care for my Honda, being that I did not think about it when I first purchased my car. As I was finishing my session with Andrew, I had noticed other customers whom he was also helping before and after I had gotten there for my service appointment - he acknowledged his customers on a "first name basis" and had given them the same great service and showed a "genuine" concern for the care of their car being serviced. It seemed that some were new customers like myself, whereby others seemed like repeat customers whom he treated like "family". Even though this is "my first Tony Honda service experience", I am grateful that Tony Honda has people like Andrew Jameson.
