Making it right Original rotator problem. Was not cut correct the first time. Brought back the van next day. Service advisor set time to pick up at 12:30 pm. Then Original rotator problem. Was not cut correct the first time. Brought back the van next day. Service advisor set time to pick up at 12:30 pm. Then changed the time to 1:30, 2:00, 2:30. My wife waited until 3:00 pm and the rotator was still not corrected. Despite our frustration there is a silver lining to the story. The service manager called the next day and explained what happened on their end. He apologized and told me he spoke to the employees involved to help them understand how this could have turned out better. He also changed the rotator, refueled and washed my van. The van was driven to my location and Tony Honda made it right. The service experience was handled perfectly despite the earlier setback. We all have mistakes that happen despite our intentions. Had a great experience We just moved here from the mainland two days earlier. We were living out of a hotel and driving a rental car. We needed a new car with gps...fast!! New Honda CRV I had been looking for a new family car as my wife and I are expecting a baby in late August. I had met with Michael Javines a few months ago and had I had been looking for a new family car as my wife and I are expecting a baby in late August. I had met with Michael Javines a few months ago and had told him what I was looking for. I had done the research and the Honda CRV was the vehicle I wanted to test drive. I told Michael to contact me in the summer when we get closer to our baby’s due date. He followed up well and was very kind throughout the process. I brought my wife in the other day to test drive the vehicle and told Michael that I would be in touch with him soon as we wanted to take advantage of the NEW SPECIALS going on with the offer ending July 7, 2014. We arrived at the dealer ready to fill out the paperwork, but were surprised by the final monthly payments as it was not what my wife and I were expecting. After being patient with us and negotiating with his office he was able to get us the CRV for a price that was comfortable for us and in line with what we had anticipated. He was gracious and a pleasure to work with. He cleaned up the car while we were signing the finance paperwork and showed my wife and I how to work the Bluetooth and radio features. Working in sales myself, I appreciated his follow up and working with us to get us the family car we wanted and needed. Best Cars Salesman Ever! Woody was the best cars salesperson I have ever worked with. He worked with us to negotiate a good price for the vehicle we wanted, which was much low Woody was the best cars salesperson I have ever worked with. After test driving the vehicle, he felt that the condition of the shocks of the vehicle were not up to standard so he had the service department replace the shocks. Not only did he have them do that, but he had them replace the timing belt (vehicle had 76K and would be up for timing belt soon) and tension belt in the engine. None of the price of this extra work was passed on to us. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased and especially the experience we had with Woody at Tony Honda. Very friendly and courteous staff. We would buy again in a heartbeat. Thanks Woody again! More

New Car with Trade-In My husband and I had gone to Tony Honda on a whim, hoping that they'd be able to give us a good deal on a 2014 Accord, while trading in my older Accor My husband and I had gone to Tony Honda on a whim, hoping that they'd be able to give us a good deal on a 2014 Accord, while trading in my older Accord. Going in, we were already a bit hesitant, since another dealership had not offered what we expected. Tony Honda certainly did not disappoint! Not only did we get an unbelievable price, but we also got an excellent amount for the trade! We could not have been any happier. Andre, the sales consultant that we worked with, was extremely helpful from beginning to end, not to mention patient. I mean I took about 2 weeks to call him back and let him know that we were ready to buy. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable and I know he had to do a lot of work to get the deal for us like he did. Ron had gone with my husband and I on the test drive while Andre was finishing up with another client, and he was funny! It seemed like we were just talking amongst people rather than buying new vehicle. Aaron, the accessories specialist was very knowledgable and helpful with answering the questions we had about adding "extras" on to the vehicle. The paperwork was a process, as to be expected, but Curtis made things go smoothly and had us laughing while doing so.
