Always a great experience at Tony Honda I serviced my car since purchasing it new in 2008 and continue to do so past it's warranty because of the great service. All of the staff members with whom I interact are friendly and knowledgeable of the services. Wade has been my primary service advisor for the past 5 years and I always appreciate how personable and budget conscious he is. He gives very detailed explanations of the car diagnostics and advises me on when I should anticipate other services (which helped me set aside money for any upcoming car maintenance as a college student and now as a 20-something year old professional). It is always wonderful to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers. More

Had to get my Honda Odyssey serviced several times and service has been top notch every time! From calling to schedule an appointment to dropping off my van and picking it up, procedures are fast and efficient. When I made my appointment this time for an oil and filter change, as well as a TPMS service, I had a bunch of questions about the estimated cost of each service and whether or not the TPMS was covered by insurance. The person whom I spoke to was helpful and friendly. She was able to answer my questions and also let me speak to a manager (I think...can't remember exactly) to make sure my question regarding the TPMS coverage was answered correctly. When I dropped off my van for servicing, I was impressed with how fast the crew worked on taking my info and setting up my car for the service. I did not have to wait one second after I turned off my engine to get out of my car!! In fact, by the time I looked around to make sure I took everything I needed before stepping out, it was prepped and ready to be driven off for service! I was told my car was going to be ready in 3 hours, but it was actually ready in 2 hours! Again, I was impressed with their efficiency. It took a whole 5-10 minutes to pay for my services, get my key and get my car. On top of that, I got a free car wash. Love the free car wash with every service!! My van sure needs a bath all the time! Bottom line: Would I recommend service at the Tony Honda Autoplex? Most definitely! Keep up the EXCELLENT service and professionalism. Excellant Service I came in for an oil change with no appt. Daniel Z. Took care of me immediately and I got my oil change and tires rotated because Daniel told me that I came in for an oil change with no appt. Daniel Z. I waited for the service and my son and I were walking around the parking lot outside to kill some time. Daniel came and found me to tell me my car was complete. We were met by Tracie Komori and she immediately put us at ease. She presents herself as straightforward, customer focused and knowledgeable about the product lines...and that is exactly what she is. She took the time to listen to our goals, answer our questions and give her honest opinion on what would be the best "next steps" for us. She didn't try and sell us on the most expensive model, because she had truly listened to our budget and our goals. We had already visited and test drove several other similar vehicles...and had not experienced the professionalism that we received from Tracie. She never pressured us nor used hard sell tactics. Tracie is approachable and easy to talk to. She really went the extra mile to locate a color that wasn't currently on the lot and went to bat for us with her sales manager to get us a great price and an "extra" accessory that we wanted. We really felt like she wanted us to be super satisfied with our selection, which is a win-win for everyone. We wholeheartedly appreciated our experience with Tracie and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More
