We were not disappointed. Tracie treated us with the utmost professionalism and care. We were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome and we instantly felt comfortable. She showed us cars we were interested in (CRV, Odyssey, Accord, Civic) and answered every and all questions we had. Tracie was patient, calm and understanding. She did not pressure or persuade us into purchasing a certain type of vehicle. But instead she provided us with options and educated us on the various features of each car. Tracie also encouraged us to take our time in making our decision which made us feel at ease and comfortable. After careful consideration, we decided on purchasing two cars: Accord and Odyssey. I was completely overjoyed with my decision to get the 2014 Accord and it was one of the most happiest days in my life to be a proud owner of this brand new vehicle! I'm extremely excited to own this car and can't wait to pick it up when it arrives from the dock. I was also very pleased with the price I paid for the car. The overall experience with this employee was outstanding! We knew that our business was appreciated and Tracie thanked us for our time. She treated us with respect and walked us through the process every step of the way. She was also very honest and trustworthy. With my little or very minimum knowledge of how an engine works, John's communication skills made it easy for me to understand what was wrong with the engine and what is being done, until the van was ready works, John's communication skills made it easy for me to understand what was wrong with the engine and what is being done, until the van was ready for pick-up. In between the engine repair, He took care of a resent recall on the van, got the A/C blowing cold again and the safety inspection renewed. His advice to buy original Honda parts is also a big lesson for me. Over all, the experience was great and I must say I only met John in person once, when I dropped off the van... a good five minutes...maybe. Arnel was the first person that greeted us when we arrived at the dealership close to closing one evening.
