3/28/2014 Honda Odyssey repair My vehicle stalled and was towed into the service dept.unattended. The vehicle stalled after over $4000.00 of repairs were performed by another shop. Daniel contacted me immediately to coordinate repair. He obtained authorization to diagnose the problem and reported back to me the same day. I authorized repair and my vehicle was completed the next day. The technicians diagnosis was right on the nose which the previous shop missed. It was the final piece of the puzzle. Knowing that I had spent so much prior to this visit both Daniel and Curtis assisted in minimizing the repair cost. I am always satisfied with the communication, professionalism, and technical knowledge of the Tony Honda service staff. I should have taken my vehicle there from the start. More

This is my second lease with the dealership, my first being 6 months ago for the Honda Fit. The Fit is a great car, especially considering the room inside for such a small car. The seats even stow up or fold all the way down for even more room. I at first didn't qualify for the best deal on the 2nd lease (Honda Civic) until the manager made some phone calls. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind and was not just trying to nickel and dime me. After 20 minutes he came back with an excellent deal. My wife loves the Honda Civic. She loves the backup camera and the blue tooth connection to her IPhone the most. Both are standard on the base model. I think Honda has a lifelong customer from here on out. More
