I purchases a CRV in 2004 from windward Honda cause the sale person in tony honda was not willing to work with us. So i had my doubt and uncertain about going back for a 2014 CRV. Our 2005 Odyssey required a number of repairs which were covered by the extended warranty we had purchased when we bought the van (used). The problem was the inspector for the warranty company was off isl covered by the extended warranty we had purchased when we bought the van (used). The problem was the inspector for the warranty company was off island and wouldn't authorize the repairs until he could get back to Oahu which would have been several days later. The Service Consultant helping us was Andrew Jameson. He was very helpful explaining the situation to us and in getting the repairs authorized. He had his supervisor press the warranty company into authorizing the repairs by sending them photos and such. Andrew was very helpful and understanding of our frustration and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. In fact it this experience with Andrew and Tony Honda that convinced us to buy a new Odyssey from them. More
We've owned 2 Odyssey's before, both purchased used from private owners and have loved them both. The 2014 model has some features we liked so we decided to buy one from a dealer. We'd had very good experiences with the Tony Honda Service Dept with our used Odysseys so decided to talk to a salesman there. We don't like to feel pressured by salespeople so we were pleasantly surprised when we met Matt Chong. He was very pleasant and understanding of what we were looking for and was a great help to us in making our decision to buy a new car from them. It was a good experience all in all. More

Arnel did a great job in putting me in a car that would best fit my needs and he did everything possible to get me in a great car at a great price. Colleen seem not the uv protection of the tint which is best fit my needs and he did everything possible to get me in a great car at a great price. Colleen seem not the uv protection of the tint which is why I did not get the tint through honda, also she does not know what the warranty covered on the rust proofing, I seemed to get my questions answerexd with a "I do not know" and that did not sit well with me, she was not even incline to find out, it was a very fustrating process and I hope I can get some of these questions answered like what is the name of the product that is used on the frabic, etc.. I hope some in service can help me when io bring my car in for the rust proofing, if not i may not allow honda to touch my car as it was shown to me that the personal that is selling the products does not know what the product is only the dollar amount and and the length of warranty. More

I called the Service Department to schedule an appt. When I asked to schedule an appt for my car, a girl named "Britney" stated "Are you sure?" I was shocked and at the unprofessional tone. I asked her why she said that and she quickly stated I had heard wrong. If people at Honda are fooling around and not treating customers in a professional manner, I would like to go somewhere else.
