For example I was not aware of the many added items like the cell phone/ blue tooth pairing, reverse display viewing, touch handle entry, valet key with ability to lock the glove compartment and trunk and that the 4 cylinder was quite comparable in power to my older 6 cylinder. This was important to me as I live where there are a lot of steep grades. I believe that Honda is a good product, as I drove one for the last 10 years and thanks to John's assistance in answering my questions and taking me on a test drive, my beliefs were confirmed. I would also like to thank Colleen Kimura for her assistance in explaining the different accessories available. Where I live in Kona, it is mostly sunny and hot. The tinting and paint protection are wonderful extras due to the elements. An excellent item I liked in my old Honda was the trunk tray/liner which made it easy to clean up spills. So this was a must for my new purchase. I think the wheel locks will be an added asset. I appreciate the assistance received from John Kawamura and Colleen Kimura as making a major purchase can be a stressful and scary ordeal. More

I went for a normal periodic scheduled maintenance. Appointment time was set 4 days prior. When I arrived, was greeted by Joshua and gave him other work to be performed. First off Jacob was the first person to come up to us and asked what we were looking for. He right away went to show us the Honda Fit and told us everything that he knew about the car. Then when i asked about the Honoda Civic he was very nice to take me to look at the Civics. He offered me to test drive the car to make sure it's what i wanted. We even told him that day we were just looking and pricing around. He didn't push us in anyway. Today 3/9/14 we went to purchase the car. But before buying it i wanted to make sure i didn't want the Fit. Jacab was nice again and took us to the fit and let met put my crate in the trunk and let me sit in the drivers seat. Finally, i made my mind up. Through the whole process Jacob was very friendly never pushy. He gave us all of the options and let us decide what we wanted to do. Even the finance person went beyond to get us a good deal. I am so happy that i could afford a new car. Thanks to the team at Tony Honda for being super friendly and very helpful. I've been going to Wade for many years now and Wade is a great Service Advisor. I rely on Wade for his knowledge and service and he is always friendly, honest and accommodating.
