I feel Honda Care is the best comprehensive warranty coverage available, so reached out to Curtis Matsumoto, the Finance Manager at Tony Honda on Oahu and he was extremely customer service oriented and responsive in providing me several Honda Care options. I 'closed' the deal on an 8-year, 120,000 mile policy at a tremendous price. Curtis returned my calls and emails immediately and I've now the peace of mind our new Ridgeline will be very well protected with the excellent warranty package that Curtis Matsomoto and Tony Honda developed - great work, great team, great dealer. Tony Honda made my first car purchase low stress. I was very happy that Kris Keao-Lum connected me with car options I wanted and did not try to sell me on cars with more inventory. He regularly reached out to keep me updated and was very clear in explaining the process of reserving our new car. He walked us through all the cars features in detail and made test driving easy. Val with accessories and Curtis with finance worked with me and my husbands tight schedule which we appreciate. Despite making quick decisions, I am still happy with all the decisions we made. As with any dealership, it is good to have an idea on how much extra warranty versus risk you want to take before you get to the financing and final cost. I recommend allowing enough time for that process and if you want to read the agreements before you sign, do. I was glad that even though I signed in a rush, I have since read the contracts since and it is fair, no surprises. Happy customer. Thank you Tony Honda! More
