Tony Honda made my first car purchase low stress. I was very happy that Kris Keao-Lum connected me with car options I wanted and did not try to sell me on cars with more inventory. He regularly reached out to keep me updated and was very clear in explaining the process of reserving our new car. He walked us through all the cars features in detail and made test driving easy. Val with accessories and Curtis with finance worked with me and my husbands tight schedule which we appreciate. Despite making quick decisions, I am still happy with all the decisions we made. As with any dealership, it is good to have an idea on how much extra warranty versus risk you want to take before you get to the financing and final cost. I recommend allowing enough time for that process and if you want to read the agreements before you sign, do. Don’t let that discourage you, his decades of experience forces him to try every trick in the book to seal a deal. My advice is make conversation, I found Mike to be a great guy throughout the process. Just wish he had eased off the hard nosed sales tactics sooner so we could have had a deal a lot sooner.
