Daniel Zabresky was my service consultant today, May 25m 2013. He advised me of what I needed to do and even replaced my car battery on my 2011 Honda Civic. We have never purchase a car on the first visit, but Woody met us at the door, introduced us to his manager and we felt at ease and knew we could trust him. We didn't care, however,for the Accessories/Add on lady and that strategy. We told her we were not in the market but she kept going on the other things we could purchase. She should have stopped and perhaps offer to give us a handout of things we could purchase at that price, say, if we changed our minds within three days. Or, Woody could have mentioned all the additionals before closing the deal and we sit and cross off what we don't want. This would make us feel that we got an additional saving on the automobile. A 2010 Civic! He noticed my safety check had expired this past visit and made sure it got done! He had my dirty car washed... He calms me down when I call him in panic mode!
