My service Associate was Gavin Vallejo and I just have to say he made bringing in my car to get serviced the best experience I’ve had since purchasing my Honda Odyssey in 2017. He was very knowledgeable and say he made bringing in my car to get serviced the best experience I’ve had since purchasing my Honda Odyssey in 2017. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (and I asked A LOT of questions) he even pulled up pictures of parts of my car that needed to be looked at closer and repaired (this was the first time anyone here has done that! So smart!). He looked into a “funny sound” that was missed and was able to get down to the problem and solution. He was honest and gave great recommendations. He gave me specific and realistic time frames of how long it would take for my car to get fixed he worked out a loaner car for me too. He and a couple of other workers even helped by taking all my car seats and strollers out to transfer. Overall He was so courteous and Helpful and a great asset to this company! I just want to thank Benji and Axel James for helping me take care of my tire pressure. They took in my car right away, checked every tire, and reset my tire gauge as soon as I got there.
