2014 Odyssey service - Wade took care of everything !!! Wade helped me use our extended warranty to get the 2 radiator fans replaced, gave me a good price on replacement of the rear shocks, got me tires at Wade helped me use our extended warranty to get the 2 radiator fans replaced, gave me a good price on replacement of the rear shocks, got me tires at Costco's price without having to wait 10 days for delivery and hours to have them put on, and finally helped me get a loaner provided by the extended warranty so I could get back to work while he took care everything. Given it was my first time there, I didn't know where it exactly was located and the emplo My initial experience at Tony Honda was less than pleasant. Given it was my first time there, I didn't know where it exactly was located and the employees in charge of guiding customers were less than friendly. A worker even sighed in exasperation at me, after instructing me to leave my car and wait on the sidewalk, and he wanted me to move the car forward. After being shuttled home, I did some errands until it was time to pick up my vehicle. Judi was my shuttle driver on the way home, she was extremely friendly and informative. We ran into some traffic on the freeway due to an accident and she was apologetic and informative. As a recent Hawaii resident from California she was able to relate to me about a plethora of things. As a worker in the hospitality industry, I know how stressful it can be to drive someone else. Overall my experience at Tony Honda was great due to Judi and her amazing customer service. More

Its nice that the last person you contact prior to picking up your car is someone who not only has a real enthusiasm for their job, but a genuine interest in hearing about your hobbies and other activities outside of the car world. While I know Hondas are one of the best brands out there, and I’ve been fortunate enough to drive a few of them in my lifetime – we all know the car buying experience is usually far from that. I can proudly say this was one of the best car buying and financing experiences I’ve had yet! One Sunday afternoon my husband and I heard the Tony Honda radio commercial and we decided to visit with our young daughter. We were warmly greeted by Edward Dun. He had a genuine smile and made the conversations very personable as we both had young toddlers of similar age. What I appreciated about the visit was Ed was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (Odyssey) and no way pushy that turned us off from buying from him. He proceeded with a friendly email the next day and thanked us for our time. Since we have a toddler, I thought the easy way to buy a car was going to be through the Costco pre-negotiated deals (through Windward Honda). While it sounds easy, I was very turned off by the number of employees Windward passed me through, not knowing the answers to my questions, and rude remarks. I knew I had to buy my next vehicle from Ed. As I was sitting at the other dealership, I emailed Ed to see if he was working and he responded ASAP. I told him I’ll be there in an hour. We arrived back at Tony Honda, Ed greeted my husband and I – again with a smile. While this sounds simple, I didn’t see a smile on any other employee there during the entire time I was there. Ed even asked how our daughter was doing and remembered her name. This just shows how Ed cares about his customers. We knew what we wanted and laid it out for Ed to make the best deal for us. Each time, he started with thanking us for our time and how appreciative he was of customers like us. We were upfront of what the other dealership offered, and we ended up paying a bit more at Tony Honda but we were more confident and happy with the purchase with Tony Honda. In addition, we all know its when you get to the finance guys – it really goes downhill. I thought I was going to be at the dealer for another 2 hours. I’ve had such bad run-ins with other Honda finance guys. But Dan Zabresky was the “nicest finance guy ever” – my exact text to my husband when I told him I was already done signing the papers and he doubled back to the house to pick up our daughter. It was late and we had to put our daughter down for the night. Ed mentioned the detailing could take another 2-3 hours. He offered to drive the car to our house (WOW!) or come pick it up the next morning (which I later found out was his day off). We choose to come the next morning, and Ed – again greeted us with a big smile and thanked us for giving him this business. Ed is a great example of someone who really enjoys his work and it shows – through his actions and words. If you want a good and smooth experience with your next Honda, as for Ed Dun! More

During the confirmation of the service being provided I was offered a rental but when availability was not an option the shuttle service was recommended. Both Toby/Tobie and Judi were excellent drivers when safely transporting me to my destination. They were able to answer many of the questions I had about possibly purchasing a new car soon. In fact Judi was able to provide me with some really good and specific descriptions on a Honda model that I was interested in. The information they provided came from personally doing test drives on the same cars that I am interested in. It helped me to narrow down further what car I would like to own next. More
