12 years of excellent service I was having trouble with my car starting. Advised it was the battery and that it could be replaced in 1 1/2 hours. Eric is the one that helped us out. nice guy and wasn't pushy about anything. which is nice as that kind of pushiness is why i didnt go back to this other dealer we had visited prior. only thing he did push for was working out the deal in our favor.
