He never pressured us, wanting us to be comfortable with our decision. My wife wanted the most current safety options available for my daughter and Scott worked tirelessly to find newer used models with them, educate us and comparing them with those options on new cars. If I could summerize our experience with Scott, it was like having an industry expert on our side. Scott has a true Aloha about him. My wife and I currently average 160k mile in our two cars, so we obviously do not purchase cars frequently. When we do purchase our next car, Scott will, without question, be the one we go see. More

First brand new car! When w Our experience buying a new Ridgeline from Tony Honda was exceptional. We were in the car market nearly 6 months ago, but put the sale on hold. When we were finally ready to buy again, we remembered the salesperson who helped us before. My wife and I were so impressed by the friendly, professional, prompt, and thorough service by Maria Balicoco that we even saved her number. When we texted her that we were interested in buying a car, she immediately asked if we were still interested in the Ridgeline! Imagine our pleasant surprise to be remembered and to feel valued! To be honest, we were sold at that very moment. We were again impressed at Maria's thoughtfulness and scheduled an appointment. Due to our limited schedule, Maria arranged for a colleague to greet us and we were met with the same care and detail by Royce Murai. We appreciated his courteous service and answering all our questions and eventually helping us close the deal. Then came Val Arakaki and her extremely helpful and knowledgable service when purchasing accessories for the truck. And to round out the already relatively smooth process, Walter Ho made everything come together. He had the perfect balance of being personable, caring, and humorous while exercising his experience and expertise. Believe it or not, they all actually made the car buying experience very enjoyable!
