12 years of excellent service I was having trouble with my car starting. Advised it was the battery and that it could be replaced in 1 1/2 hours. Eric is the one that helped us out. nice guy and wasn't pushy about anything. which is nice as that kind of pushiness is why i didnt go back to this other dealer we had visited prior. only thing he did push for was working out the deal in our favor. Lauren was absolutely fantastic; she’s the first sales associate that I’ve ever worked with that made me enjoy my experience attempting to purchase a vehicle. She was absolutely fantastic to my son and I; her professionalism and courtesy were without equal. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to complete the deal...the sales manager decided that lowballing us on the trade was more important than making a sale. He then sent out Lauren’s “mentor” to play bad cop, which drove the last nail in the coffin....once he came out, we were done negotiating. If you decide you want to deal with this dealership, make sure you ask for Lauren...she’s really a pleasure to work with. I’ll be recommending her to anyone interested in a Honda, even though the dealership leaves much to be desired. More
