Lauren was absolutely fantastic; she’s the first sales associate that I’ve ever worked with that made me enjoy my experience attempting to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to complete the deal...the sales manager decided that lowballing us on the trade was more important than making a sale. He then sent out Lauren’s “mentor” to play bad cop, which drove the last nail in the coffin....once he came out, we were done negotiating. If you decide you want to deal with this dealership, make sure you ask for Lauren...she’s really a pleasure to work with. I’ll be recommending her to anyone interested in a Honda, even though the dealership leaves much to be desired. More

It was on a weekend, and I had had work done recently on my car but the oil light came on. Sean immediately discovered it need to be calibrated, but then began to inspect my car. He knows I am a teacher , and I need my wheels as I travel to teach Early College classes fro Honolulu CC at Pearl City High School. Sean discovered that my tires needed to be replaced and said since you are here; let's get that done. I replaced my tires, and I got an oil change. Sean gave me the best deal ever! Also, because I spent over $200, I was given a voucher for a turkey or ham. Does it get any better? Sean is so helpful and courteous. I feel I can really count on him for the best advice! I feel so relived to have my car in good shape! Honda treats you like Ohana, and I think if them like family too! other employees who go out of their way to help besides Sean are David Pagan, Andrew Jameson, Joshua Lospoc, and Natasha Helsham--all of them very accommodating and knowledgeable.
