Cost to replace 2018 Sonata Ltd starter was $1200+ and way too expensive. Plus car is only 5 years old with only 17,000 miles. Would not recommend going back to dealer to replace. I need to take car in today. 2 warning lights displayed on screen. 12 miles away..so inconvenient. May consider other car dealership closer to home. More
The customer service is great, everyone is generally friendly, as long as they’re not having a bad day. However, I wouldn’t completely trust everything they tell you. Last time I went there, they told me I needed to change my air filter and oil, when both of those were done 2-3 months ago, and I barely drive 500 miles a month. Also had a service done and I guess they needed to put stickers on my tinted windows, ON the tint. Now my windows look kinda stupid. Wish they consulted before putting the stickers on. Now it’s gonna be a headache to remove without damaging the tint. Lastly, if you ever leave an email or voice mail to have them call you back, don’t count on it. Make sure you initiate communication and make sure you get connected or else you’ll never get a call back. More
