Great cars for thousands less than Toyota, Honda, etc, and a m Very friendly and no-pressure sales staff. Just purchased our 2nd Hyundai from Tony. Great cars for thousands less than Toyota, Honda, etc, and a much better warranty. Also Hyundai doesn't nickel and dime you (for thousands more) with options that should already be included... and on the new cars all the safety features are standard. Reasonable prices, and got a fair deal on our trade in. Always get my Hyundai serviced at Tony also, Service staff is also great and never have to wait long, good communication. Aloha! Justice Inouye is AWESOME! I had a recall for my vehicle so I scheduled an appointment at Hyundai in Waipio. I met Justice that day. The day after the recall was fixed, my check I had a recall for my vehicle so I scheduled an appointment at Hyundai in Waipio. I met Justice that day. The day after the recall was fixed, my check engine light came on. He told me to bring the car right back. I did and he arranged a rental while they troubleshot. I picked the car up a few days later. A month went by and the check engine light came back on. Justice again told me to bring the car right back. It turned out to be a BIG problem, but Justice did everything in his power to make this as painless an experience as he could...and he did. He took such good care of us that I wanted to let the world know that this man is in the right line of work. More

Worst dealer-worst experience Service staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE, UNHELPFUL, and roll their eyes when you reply to the questions they ask. Be prepared to get a harsh and arrogant res Service staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE, UNHELPFUL, and roll their eyes when you reply to the questions they ask. Be prepared to get a harsh and arrogant response to any question you may ask especially in regards to MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES AND RECALLS. They overcharge and markup prices by 500% They also tell customers completely wrong information. BE SURE TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and have your vehicle checked out prior to coming in so they can’t overcharge with a diagnostic fee or claim you need more repair than what is needed. If you are unaware of the recall they will try to charge you full dealership prices. Also have someone double check what they claim they “repaired” after the fact as this is the reason why one of their dealerships went out of business for in the first place. This dealership is the sole reason why I will never own another Hyundai vehicle again and plan to sell the one I do have just so I never have to come back and deal with the blatant disrespect and disregard for any kind of customer service. Record any conversation you have with them including scheduling initial appointments as they will tell you the repair and parts for what you are asking for are confirmed but will tell you there is no record of it once you arrive. Check the consumer center first before going in for anything 18006335151 and print out any documents relating to warranties or recalls covered by manufacturer or they will treat you like you’re not only a liar but also ill-advised.
