The test drive was convincing and by the time we returned to the dealer, I was certain that the Tucson was the car for me. My wife and I were impressed that the general manager of the dealership, Mr. Allan Capello, greeted us when we first arrived at the dealership to view the car that I was interested in. The teamwork at this dealership was impressive. Mr. Richard Nakanishi took my wife and I on a test drive and Mr. John Travis worked out the final numbers on the Tucson. Mr. Capello helped me with the trade in of my older car and offered me a trade in price that was very fair. Mr. Scott Robertson, finance manager, helped us get through the paperwork to purchase the new Tucson in an efficient and professional manner. Mr. Nakanishi even took my wife and I over to meet the service department staff and helped to schedule my first service appointment for my new Tucson. When we picked up the Tucson, everything was perfect. Mr. Nakanishi covered all of the details and features of the car and even helped to program the bluetooth with my wife's phone.
