Best car buying experience ever. I inquired about the 2017 Santa Fe via the internet. I received a response within about 3 hours and a quote via email soon there after. When I visited the dealership, service from test drive to doing paperwork was outstandingly fast and furious, no sweet talk and waiting around for whatever other dealerships made me wait around for, just the facts. The only idle time was waiting for my car to be picked up from warehouse and prepped. Thank you to the Hyundai Honolulu team. Only had the car for three days, but so far it surpasses all my expectations. More

The Best Experience at a Car Dealership Ever I was looking for a Hyundai Tucson on the internet when I came across a 2017 Tucson at the Tony Hyundai Beretania Street website. I submitted my inte I was looking for a Hyundai Tucson on the internet when I came across a 2017 Tucson at the Tony Hyundai Beretania Street website. I submitted my interest via an online chat and within 15 minutes received an email response from Mr. John Travis of Tony Hyundai Beretania. He confirmed the pricing of the car and answered all of my questions regarding the car. I set up an appointment with Mr. Travis and when my wife and I arrived to view the car, we were greeted by Tony Hyundai's general sales manager, Mr. Allan Capello and sales consultants Mr. John Travis and Mr. Richard Nakanishi. This team approach was impressive and very helpful to me and my wife. Mr Travis and Mr. Capello worked out the pricing numbers on the car, including the value of my Infiniti G35 trade-in. They were fair, honest, and did not try to pressure me into buying the car. I felt very comfortable with their straight forward approach. Mr. Richard Nakanishi also took my wife and I on a test drive around the Punchbowl/Makiki area to show us the features of the can and how it performs in traffic and on the road. My wife and I were impressed by the car and upon return to the dealership, decided to buy the Tucson. We worked with their finance manager, Mr. Scot Robertson, who handled all of the paperwork in an efficient and seamless manner. While waiting to sign some of the legal documents, Mr. Richard Nakanishi briefed my wife and I on the entire owners manual for the Tucson. He even took us to the service department to meet some of the staff and schedule my car's first service appointment. My car was ready in three days and when my wife and I went to pick it up, Mr. Richard Nakanishi went over all of the "bells and whistles" of the car and even helped my wife program the car's bluetooth system with her Iphone. My experience with this dealership and personnel was the best ever. Honest, straight forward, no pressure sales approach with great attention to the details. My wife and I always felt comfortable around this dealership and its personnel similar to what I call "local style". I look forward to a long association with this dealership as I enjoy driving my Tucson around town and returning on a regular basis for the routine maintenance on my car.
