I want to feel like my business matters and that you're grateful we came in. Josh texted me once to thank us for coming in even though we didn't buy a car yet, however he did know our intention. Once is all I needed. If he texted me too many times, I probably would feel like I had to do business with him. When went there to purchase the cars (about 3 weeks later), our experience with the whole staff in the purchasing process was a pleasing one. They made my family and I feel like it was all about us and not about them. Praise Jesus! More
