Great attitude and super helpful. I went in knowing I had very little to offer. I needed a used car quickly and Ken spent a lot of time on me trying to find the right car. I came bac I went in knowing I had very little to offer. I needed a used car quickly and Ken spent a lot of time on me trying to find the right car. I came back the following day and despite his other appointments obviously giving him grief, he finally got me in that car and stayed there until everything was signed and ready to go. They've kept in touch and helped address the minor issues with the vehicle (extremely minor points, the car is great!) and somehow even got me a better deal. I'm extremely grateful for the salesperson Ken, loan officer Jack, service department Ashley (sorry if I got the name wrong!), my hanai Uncle Chris, and the rest of the team at Tony Hyundai for the excellent service and for looking out for my best interests.
