I really liked how he didn't go on and on about the car and price and just gave us his bottom sell price. It made it easy to get a car knowing that he wasn't trying to haggle us. After finding the car I wanted, Mr. Josh Matsushige was very knowledgeable about what the car had to offer and showed me everything I needed to know to get me up and running. Lastly, Mr. Jack Wolfanger at finance was very straightforward and didn't try to hide anything in the total price. He told me exactly what I need, and also stuff I would be wasting my money on. I am also grateful that Richard was listening to me when I mentioned that I didn't want to spend so much more after the "Out The Door" price, so when I met with the Financial Manager, Scot - he mentioned that he was aware of my discomfort at Honda, but he will quickly go over some options with me in addition to the vehicle purchase, and I'm glad that he did as I purchased a Maintenance package. My preferred car colors were not available, but John Travis did very well in providing options/alternatives. Scot Roberston was very welcoming--All my financial concerns were addressed and he helped make me feel very confident in sealing the deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
