During our look around the lot he invited us into the showroom where Allen, the general manager greeted us and it was a done deal. He is so personable and treated us like family. Purchased a used vehicle I went to Tony Hyundai with pictures of some vehicles that I saw online that were used, great mileage and prices. There was a Chevy Malibu that my hu I went to Tony Hyundai with pictures of some vehicles that I saw online that were used, great mileage and prices. There was a Chevy Malibu that my husband really liked and wanted to test drive and our salesperson Sonia made that happen. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and the process was efficient and we felt that we got a great deal. 4 out of 5 Stars Overall the experience was great. Few minor things. Pricing was a little confusing. After leaving the dealership and going over the numbers of the Overall the experience was great. Few minor things. Pricing was a little confusing. After leaving the dealership and going over the numbers of the cost of the vehicles it seemed as if we were paying more than we were suppose to. When brought up, it seemed like it was all in the hidden fees, tax, etc. If the fees were explained better to where we could see what we were paying for than it would of been 5 stars. No one was able to explain how much or give us the breakdown for the (per each fee) extra fees. It was our only complaint. More
