Buying a new car is not one of our favorite things to do (we had our last car for 8 years), but the awesome team at Tony Hyundai of Honolulu (Andrew Lee, Ryan Smolen, and Scot Robertson) made the experience (we had our last car for 8 years), but the awesome team at Tony Hyundai of Honolulu (Andrew Lee, Ryan Smolen, and Scot Robertson) made the experience a great one. The team was really friendly, courteous, and accommodating, and patiently helped us through the whole process. We're also happy that the Tony Group has a Hyundai dealership in town where we can get our car serviced. So convenient. Looking forward to enjoying many years with our new Hyundai Santa Fe! More

I bought this vehicle using the Costco Auto program for the first time. I live on Maui and there is not a participating Costco dealer here. Ken Smiley and Allan Capello were very knowledgeable about the pr the first time. I live on Maui and there is not a participating Costco dealer here. Mr. Churchill is very friendly and very helpful. He makes me feel that I want to come more often. I forgot to bring my coupon and he gave me the discount regardless. At the end when my van was ready he makes me feel that I want to come more often. I forgot to bring my coupon and he gave me the discount regardless. In the past 7 years I have dealt positively with Keoni, Gina and Todd. This was my first and absolutely last experience with Thomas Churchill. He called my home at noon on Dec. 23 to tell me my car was Gina and Todd. This was my first and absolutely last experience with Thomas Churchill. He called my home at noon on Dec. 23 to tell me my car was ready and the shuttle driver would pick me up at my Halawa home at 1 pm. When 2 pm rolled around and no pick up, I called the service department. Ashley returned my call and said the driver was not answering her phone. At 2:40 pm I again called and spoke to Gina who said there must have been a mix up in communication becauseTrinity was in town and Gina could not tell me when I would be picked up. At 3:40 I received a call from Trinity who said she was unaware Thomas had called me about a pick up time. She said he is not in charge of making her shuttle schedule. If Thomas had just followed the proper procedure, I would not be writing to complain about his actions. Trinity arrived at 3:40 and we got to know each other quite well during our 90 minute ride back to Waipio. Traffic was a beast! However, I want to commend Trinity for her courteous safe driving, calmness after hearing what had happened, and all while she had a bad cold and cough. Trinity explained she doesn't answer her phone when customers are in the van, feeling like it would be discourteous. She is a delight and helped my Hyundai experience end on a positive note. Gina and Ashley extended their apologies also. I regret I could not rate a "5" for customer service and overall experience. I would like to know what action will be taken to help Thomas understand his role as a service advisor at your facility. Mahalo for letting me share my experience. More
