When I walked in with my Brother and Sister in law, (All I was told, by my Korean wife, was to go with them to look at a car.) It was around dinner time and everyone seemed to be eating something. Sale rep Jason Bignell immediately put down his food and came over to greet us. I was in the dark as to what my relatives were shopping for. Did I mention she's Korean and only understands a few words of English, her husband is Korean and has been in America for about 20 years, and I speak no Korean. I felt like Jason and I sort of teamed up to ask the questions needed to find out what they wanted. Despite these challenges, we were able to drill down and find out what their price range was. Jason showed the highest level of patience, honesty, and integrity which, in my opinion, enabled them to trust him, which eventually led them to purchase a brand new, 2014 Accent, at what I believe to be a very good deal. I must give kudos to Ryan Smolen as well, for his very helpful knowledge of Korean, and input that made closing the deal, a win win for everyone. There was never any pressure and they earn your respect and trust. More

Keoni has been very courteous, attentive and helpful each time (three times to be exact) I brought in my 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo for Servicing of the ebrake sensor light. He made sure to advise me of the progress of the repair and made arrangements for a rental when my car had to remain in Service overnight and/or thru the weekend.
