One time one lady over charged. She won't even listen that I have a service plan. Bad bad lady. I had to report to nissa USA. Then they call me to refund. Other lady forgot to put my states inspection sticker to my car and call me to come back with even no sorry. Bad bad attitude. That lady even won't let you know if you have to wait 3 hours!!! I had to wait 3 hours just a oil change and states inspection. Just pick the right service consultant! More
