And when i scheduled my appt today, the lady over the phone wasn't pleasant and i've asked to see if i can make my appt earlier due to doctor's appt, however, she jz said its out of her capability to change schedule. Anyways, when i walked in everything changed as the service consultant assisted me went above and beyond and also recognized me as he'd helped me numerous times. He went above and beyond to assist me and instead of me getting upset, he was able to fix that and explained what needs to be done to my car today, and not jz a regular visit change oil that's it More
