First time car buyer This was my first experience buying a car. I saw a used car online and wanted to test drive that vehicle so o contacted Tony Nissan by email. Louis Bo This was my first experience buying a car. I saw a used car online and wanted to test drive that vehicle so o contacted Tony Nissan by email. Louis Boria was my salesman, called me back and scheduled my test drive. The original car I wanted to test drive wasn't there but Louis showed me other options and made buying my first Nissan so stress free. I didn't feel pressured, he was clear and explained my options. Financing was my biggest fear, but Louis helped me thru the process and got me a great rate for my car. He set up my bluetooth in my car and explained the many features before I drove off the lot. Louis was very professional, willing to listen to the customers needs and providing stellar customer service. Being a great listener gives you the knowledge of what is being communicated, needs, desires of why that customer came through your door to begin with. Once that Sale is closed Service and Parts will be given opportunities to build upon that sale. Louise Obaldo exemplified all of these qualities of being an outstanding sales person. I also sent an email to Deborah Adams telling her our story of your Awesome Customer Team Service. We live in close proximity of many car dealerships, your dealership was our 2nd stop and the farthest from where we live; we had a terrible experience with the first dealership and was planning to visit other dealerships. Outstanding Customer Service! On 13 Oct 16 I went to the cashier to pick up my vehicle as it was after hours and my service advisor had already left for the day. It was then I di On 13 Oct 16 I went to the cashier to pick up my vehicle as it was after hours and my service advisor had already left for the day. It was then I discovered that I had been charged for synthetic oil change when I had asked for a regular oil change. I did say that if I miscommunicated this and because the oil was already in my car I'd just pay for it. Angela the cashier apologized for the mix up and asked me to wait one second, and literally a second later Ms Brazfield who I'm guessing overheard our conversation and took the initiative to come over and ask me to explain. I explained that maybe because I dropped off my car to a different advisor who then would transfer over to my regular advisor, that there might have be a miscommunication. She too apologized for the mix up and immediately authorized a price change so that I would only pay the price of an regular oil change. The impressive part is how professional, courteous, and loyal these two employees were. They had not been a part of any of my dealings up until this point, but yet took responsibility and initiative to achieve customer satisfaction. These two are a direct reflection of their leadership and should be commended. Way too often people won't hesitate to write about the negative, today I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the team! More

New Car Purchase I found the exact car for me on the Nissan internet. I made an appointment to meet our salesman. But when Cal said he could help me find not only a car that would be in my budget but a car I want to own. That made me feel at ease. He treated me like family and was always willing to listen and answer my questions. He did his very best to go above and beyond the call as a sales rep. Nissan you better take care of this man because someone as genuine and professional as this is very rare in these days. Upon arriving at Tony Nissan I had an appointment with Juan but I ended up with Louise. Louise was so pleasant and she listened to me in what I needed. Of course, she had a job to do but at the end I strongly believed that we BOTH benefited. I will not go to any other dealership for any car purchases in the future. I will always do business with Tony Nissan. I was there from noon to almost closing but I tell you it didn't bother me cause I was being helped in everyway. From my sales person to financing.
