Quick fix I was parked in a lot. Walking back to my van, I could see something hanging down under my van. I drove to Tony Nissan. Although it was late in the I was parked in a lot. Although it was late in the afternoon and the service department was closing up, Jason Komori took the time to come outside, look under my van, and diagnose the problem. A protective shield was missing a clip and therefore was hanging by only one clip. He quickly went to find a clip and fastened the part back. He did not charge me for the fix. Jason was so friendly and smiling the whole time, even at the end of the day. Such great customer service!! More
