The "Service Engine Soon" indicator was due to a defective oxygen sensor whch was placed on order. The Multi-point Inspection detected 2 other problems: a weak battery and worn front windshield wipers and both of these items were immediately replaced. Much thanks to Jason Beleno (Service Consultant) and the automotive technician for a great job! More

awesome experience I'm bringing my care in for service for the first time, not knowing what to do. i walk in all confused looking, i am greeted with smiles by 2 people, I'm bringing my care in for service for the first time, not knowing what to do. i walk in all confused looking, i am greeted with smiles by 2 people, jason and ryan, so friendly and helpful. they must've seen how confused i looked and helped me right off the back. so ryan right off the back offered to drive my car to where it needed to be, while jason was getting my information to put me in the system and informing me on the process of checking my vehicle in. ryan then brought outside to show me that i had a nail in my tire and that's why that funny looking light was on as well as explaining the rest of the lights on my dashboard and explaining to me what i should i in the event of one of them turning on. after the whole check in process was over, ryan and jason showed me the area's where i could wait while my car is being serviced. i had a questions on a few accessories and they brought me to the back to introduced me to miles, where he was extremely helpful on showing me items that best fit my needs, telling me what will be useful and what will not be, not just trying to sell me anything and everything. before you knew it, everything was finished with ryan explaining everything they did and everything they looked at on my multipoint inspection. over all experience was more than i could ask for, with the ryan and jason tag team in the front, and miles in the back. i highly recommend tony nissan to everyone More
