My only warning to others is that I called the main phone lines numerous times and was unable to speak to anyone or would be put on hold for up to 45 mins with no one answering etc. Kurt however provided a direct number and I was always able to reach him. I am very familiar with the Tony Honda group customer service I just wanted to commend your service advisor, Jason Beleno, on a wonderful job today! I am very familiar with the Tony Honda group customer service and have always been very please with their side and have always wondered if Tony Nissan would be as good. Well today your service advisor has proved that Tony Nissan is just as awesome! I appreciated how quickly the entire staff greeted, serviced and followed up with my Nissan Leaf today! Jason went above and beyond his duties, I'm sure, and had my car done within a couple of hours and even was kind enough to wash my car and charge it a little for me. I was also offered a rental as I was pressed for time since I had 2 recall notices AND was not able to take off work to wait for my car to be serviced. This is THE MAIN reason my family continues to purchase cars from the Tony Group. Your customer service is far more superior than most dealerships and we appreciate all the hard work that is done.
