I had been toying around with getting an upgraded USED car (trading in my 07 Ford Focus) for a while but due to NOT SO GREAT credit, I kept putting it off. I went to a couple dealerships and they all seem car (trading in my 07 Ford Focus) for a while but due to NOT SO GREAT credit, I kept putting it off. I went to a couple dealerships and they all seemed to be sort of disheartening. I would browse their websites (one dealership had an Inventory Reduction Sale) so naturally I would pick out a car that I liked, that fit my budget, and then would submit an online application. The sales representative and I would correspond where they would promise that they have totally dealt with my situation with credit issues. I go down there and its a completely different situation and 8 hours later, I leave with NO car due to pushy "financial manager" that dont know what the word BUDGET means. Lahela Kalua changed all of that making this experience a very happy uplifting one (which is what it should be). She told me what she can and can't do. Very straight up which is a quality I very much appreciate when spending this much money and making a commitment such as this one. She had so much patience when it came to my indecisiveness and ALL of my questions. NEVER ONCE did she push me to just get any old car so that she could get her commission. She definitely worked over her hours (calling and texting me while working this deal out). She worked around MY schedule even coming in one her DAY OFF! In the end, I went with a 2014 NEW NISSAN VERSA that I am completely happy with that I would have never purchased from anyone else besides Lahela Kalua. She is an asset to this company. Anyone considering buying a new car should definitely check her out! ; ) More

On Monday May 2013, I brought my 2012 Juke in for it's scheduled lube/oil change and possibly tire rotation and one year check-up. Since I have only driven the Juke less than 5000 miles to date, Roc it's scheduled lube/oil change and possibly tire rotation and one year check-up. Since I have only driven the Juke less than 5000 miles to date, Rocky let me know I could actually wait 6 months for lube/oil change rather than the 4 month interval usually recommended. I decided to go ahead with the service but was glad to know I could wait 6 months before the next service. Rocky agreed that the full 1 year checkup was premature due to the low mileage. I expected to have at least an hour to shop at Costco, but Rocky called me within about 30 minutes and let me know that the battery was weak and had already been replaced.in addition to the lube/oil change. The battery was under full warranty, so I was very grateful to have been spared any future frustrations with starting my car. So thank you, Rocky, and Tony Nissan Service!! More
