Going to the dealership that day I had no intentions in buying a car. Upon arrival Hoku greeted us with a very warm welcome and immediately took care of us. Sales person, Kurt Speas was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like about my purchase experience was that the price was high. From the moment she greeted us in a warm and friendly manner we were very pleased with Hoku. She worked patiently with us never using high pressure tactics. My truck was in for oil/oil filter change but it was discovered that my battery was "low" on charge. Ryan researched and discovered I replaced the battery in 2012. I took my car in on 05/14/13 for 3 things: oil change, thunking noise coming from the rear passenger side, and my air control flow switch not working. The oil change went fine. They checked the wrong thing for my air control unit. It wasn't until they called telling me it seemed fine that I was able to explain to the tech which knob was not working, and he agreed; would be ~$800 to fix a knob. Irritating, but not the reason for the low score. The thunking noise came from the rear brakes: the wheel cylinders need to be replaced. Not a problem. They didn't have the part, but said the "wheel cylinders have been ordered, will call customer when the parts come in." No one has ever called. This is why I am unhappy with the service.
