Much thanks to Ryan Bautista for the great work he always does. This is at least the third time he has handled a service appointment for my vehicle. On this particular appointment, the a/c had to be servic does. This is at least the third time he has handled a service appointment for my vehicle. On this particular appointment, the a/c had to be serviced; the battery replaced (the initial inspection at the dealership noted the defective battery); a new brake switch stopper plug installed; and the oil changed and tires rotated. As usual, all of the work was done well and completed in the estimated time. Also, many thanks to the service technician who worked on the car (don't know his name). The a/c is working great! More
