I initially went to Nissan to look around and 'browse' their used cars to see what was available and something that was within my budget. Since my credit is not the best it can be, I didn't thin 'browse' their used cars to see what was available and something that was within my budget. Lahela Kalua warmly welcomed us and asked key questions to see what I wanted and I explained my financial situation and she straight up told me what she could and couldn't do. I appreciated her honesty, patience and her genuine interest in helping me. She took me through the lot to show me the used cars that they had and she also enlightened me with the option of financing a brand new car that was within my budget. I was so excited at the reality of purchasing a brand new car and honestly my credit isn't the greatest, but she was able to work with it! I ended up with a BRAND NEW NISSAN ALTIMA 2013 and Lahela even stayed after hours to wait with me until the car was finished detailing and delivered! I truly appreciated her patience and honesty. She wasn't pushy and aloof like other salesmen I have encountered. I highly recommend Tony Nissan and Lahela Kalua to anyone that is interested in purchasing a car. More
I am in the Navy and have lived all over the country and bought many cars from various dealers over the years and this was by far the best experience out of any of them. They did not try to pressure me into anything. The staff actually listened to us and our needs. They met me when I came in with a smile guided me to where the cars were that I wanted to look at. They were very knowledgeable easily answering my questions on differences in the Sentra models and package combinations without talking down to me. But the extra came in the little details, not only were drinks offered during the buying process, but when we (my wife and I) came back to pick up the car after it was detailed the Dennis brought us waters (the drink we had earlier) for the road. This surprised me since I had already bought the car and they did not get anything from this and he even took the time to remember what we had to drink. When we picked up the car Dennis looked the car over with us and then took the time to show us how everything worked and made sure that we had no questions. He even took the time to link up the car bluetooth with my phone. Then after a couple of days had past, Dennis called to see how we liked the car and if we had come up with any questions. More

I had been toying around with getting an upgraded USED car (trading in my 07 Ford Focus) for a while but due to NOT SO GREAT credit, I kept putting it off. I went to a couple dealerships and they all seem car (trading in my 07 Ford Focus) for a while but due to NOT SO GREAT credit, I kept putting it off. I went to a couple dealerships and they all seemed to be sort of disheartening. I would browse their websites (one dealership had an Inventory Reduction Sale) so naturally I would pick out a car that I liked, that fit my budget, and then would submit an online application. The sales representative and I would correspond where they would promise that they have totally dealt with my situation with credit issues. I go down there and its a completely different situation and 8 hours later, I leave with NO car due to pushy "financial manager" that dont know what the word BUDGET means. Lahela Kalua changed all of that making this experience a very happy uplifting one (which is what it should be). She told me what she can and can't do. Very straight up which is a quality I very much appreciate when spending this much money and making a commitment such as this one. She had so much patience when it came to my indecisiveness and ALL of my questions. NEVER ONCE did she push me to just get any old car so that she could get her commission. She definitely worked over her hours (calling and texting me while working this deal out). She worked around MY schedule even coming in one her DAY OFF! In the end, I went with a 2014 NEW NISSAN VERSA that I am completely happy with that I would have never purchased from anyone else besides Lahela Kalua. She is an asset to this company. Anyone considering buying a new car should definitely check her out! ; ) More
