Sales person sold me an extended warranty that he saud was an extension of my factory bumper to bumper. Maintenance supervisor explained that the extended qarranty was not covered by Nissan, but by a 3rd was an extension of my factory bumper to bumper. Maintenance supervisor explained that the extended qarranty was not covered by Nissan, but by a 3rd partyinsurance company and that not all manufacturer warranty covered items were coverwd under the extended warranty I purchased. I explained that this felt deceptive. The supervisor explained that this was industry standard everywhere. I would hope for honesty and clarity when making a large purchase as a vehicle extended warranty, not deception to secure a sale. At least all diagnostics should be free, which I was old would not be the case if the problem was not covered undsr the warranty policy. Buy the vehicle only, and no extra services to ensure you get exactly what you are expecting. A little disapointed with tjis practice. More
