I called in having concerns about my vehicle, and tried to explain my issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager she began screaming and yelling at me, then hung up the phone on me multiple times. No customer like myself should experience, what i had to go thru with this co-worker. I will pray for this person, maybe she was having a bad day, but that gives no reason to treat any customer by yelling at them. More
