Honest, no pressure buying experience I was impressed with Tony Nissan’s sales staff and support staff. Very low key, friendly and helpful. I visited them first since they are close to our neighborhood. They did not try to high pressure sell me and I did not get a sales call. I went to another dealer and got many false information and when I showed them my information they tried to make excuses instead of admitting their error. I lost all confidence that they would give me the best deal. Tony Nissan matched the competitors price and I felt that it was a win-win sale.for both parties. I would definitely buy from them again. He was never pushy in pressuring us but offered us options, sound wisdom and confidence that he would work out a great deal for us - and he did! We spent an hour test driving, discussing a possible sale price and then decided to sleep on it and come back the next day. When we returned, no sleezy wheeling & dealing or take it or leave it attitude - just classy professionalism with a smile. It’s hard to find salesmen, especially a car salesman, that focuses on the relationship with the customer. We love the car but the memorable service will outlast it! A year ago, I needed a car (obviously) but being on a budget, time restraint, and lack of patience for the negotiating deal ... I stopped over here. Luckily I got FRANCIS HOANG!! Not like majority of sales reps, he was responsive to my demands. I didn't leave with a car that day, but did go back and got a new "used" car. FAST FORWARD: Today, I stopped by shopping for my son. He liked 2 cars and Francis Hoang worked with us patiently to get us what we wanted. I can't tell you how much of a blessing he is. Seriously though, see Francis. If any of you follow my reviews, you'll know I stand by the names I drop 100% ... why 4 stars instead of 5? Because the Manager could've done better with me all around being that I'm a repeat customer. Seriously, talk to me and Negotiate with me a little. More

No people skills Desperately needed to use my Rogue today but lost my key FOB. I asked Patti if it was still possible to start my car without it. Her response? “Nope!” Desperately needed to use my Rogue today but lost my key FOB. I asked Patti if it was still possible to start my car without it. Her response? “Nope!” And that was it. No alternate solutions were offered and ZERO sympathy expressed. Awful customer service skills and would definitely NOT recommend. More
