He was very patient with us an listened to are wants an dislikes. He didn't try to put us in a vehicle we didn't want like Winward Dodge Chrysler Jeep had tried the night prior. He fought for us to get our payments down to what we wanted. Overall I give our experience 5 ? but really it was 10? for sure. Eli asked us more details about what we were hoping to find. He was very personable & helped us stay within our budget. We had been to a couple other places that day and wished we had only gone to Tony Nissan from the start. Eli did find us a great car within our budget. From start to finish of the car buying experience I will only go to this location. So grateful and appreciative of being treated like a VIP customer even though it was our first time walking thru the dealership doors. Great Experience! Francis was amazing! He went above and beyond to assist us and showed a great deal of patience when we could not make up our minds. Not your typical s Francis was amazing! He went above and beyond to assist us and showed a great deal of patience when we could not make up our minds. Not your typical salesman; he was not over bearing at all! He stayed well into the night to ensure that we were offered a great deal and to understood all of the functions of our car. The car that we purchased was still wrapped in plastic and had not had a chance to get a wash/detail; but Francis offered to come in on his day off to make sure that we received the full experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Even the associates that were not assisting us, made sure that our time there was enjoyable as well as comfortable. Francis took the time to make sure that we were aware of all the amenities available to us and did a great job at answering any questions. More
