Beautiful accompaniment through the process I felt constant support from Frances while we considered and test drove various models. He went out of his way to help us get the best price we could get and even after he no longer needed to be present, he made sure he was there when we picked up the car, explained how to use a variety of buttons and gadgets and was patient and always honest.
