Person checking us out was having problems with equipment and could not focus on the three customers in line to check out to leave. She seem d to be having an emotional day and could not problem solve quickl and could not focus on the three customers in line to check out to leave. I was first in line and I waited what seems like 20 to 25 minutes due to her inability to problem solve customer should come first not equipment she finally decided to make a copy of work order ticket and give me my keys but it could have been taken care of in less than two minutes More
