We understood that we could get a 1.9 APR on this truck but when it came to finally agreeing on the price are interest rate on our loan was almost 5%! We got the price down where we were fairly comfortable, but I am very offended that we are paying interest on this vehicle. We did not realize until we got to the table to complete our contract that this was what they came up with. We walked out of the office and then forget this and they came back with a lower price but the same high interest. We want an explanation and something to make us feel more comfortable with our decision. Love the truck but can't stand the way that we had to deal to get it. More

I would never use or recommend Serra Nissan because of the way I was treated by Cody, the Sales Manager. I should have walked away not bought the truck I got, so that’s my own fault. The price I was given was not the price on the contract. It was explained that the internet price was not actually the Serra Nissan price after all the paperwork was done. It was a price hike of about $5000. I’m truly disappointed in myself but for not walking away but even more disappointed that I was lied to and treated with such disrespect. All he wanted was the sale, and not to truly take care of the customer. He was too busy with a family member to actually answer my questions properly. More

The technician check the oil on the car as soon as we got there with the engine still hot and oil did not have time to drain down told us that It was low. We already knew that. The lady at the counter didn’t even want to give my husband the keys to our own vehicle. The check he needed to pay was in the car and she treated him like a criminal walking out to unlock the car for him to get the check that is our car we paid for it. No one should be able to hold our keys from us. Just completely disrespectful Service no I don’t recommend going there at all. More
