I had a great experience with Volkswagen service from start to finish. My coolant light came on with a “check manual” message, so I called the service department. They were very helpful and advised me to bring my car in right away and drive directly into the service area. Once I arrived, the team quickly assessed the issue and determined that I needed a new radiator. They ordered the part, completed the repair, and kept me informed throughout the process. What I really appreciated was how seamless everything was, they connected me with the loaner department and provided me with a vehicle to use for a few weeks. It was almost the same model as mine, just newer, which made the whole situation even more convenient. Overall, I’m very grateful for the prompt service, clear communication, and the level of care provided. Mahalo to the team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy! More
