In January, I was called to get safety inspection at Tony VW but when I got there, they said I wasn't supposed to be there. In March during my vacation, I set one day to get my car checked out (visor, screeching sound, and stalling). When I got to Tony VW, I was told the moment I got there that they don't service those things because they don't have the device to see what's wrong. I started calling jeep companies to get an appointment. Then because they all seemed weeks away, I asked to speak to manager. I waited almost two hours and I was very upset because I didn't and don't have too much free time. Damon told me that workers don't look at who's coming in until the day before. I wish they look at it when they first knew of it since tony honda did speak to tony VW mechanics about it. I feel this could've been prevented earlier. However, as of yesterday, my visor was fixed by windward dodge and they got me a rental car for next week when they fix my alternator. I did get upset because when they told me they didn't have a device to check the problems, I feel they didn't thoroughly check it out before I bought the jeep too. The jeep was jerking from the first week but we all thought it was part of the energy saving device.
I'm happier now that I don't need to worry about my visor falling.
